WAAFL Staff


Geoff Palmer, Operations Manager/Acting General Manager

Geoff commenced his role as Operations Manager for the WAAFL in November 2004 after previously being General Manager of the Sunday Football League from April 2000. He has been involved in football for a number of years including as a player, coach, committee member and umpire, as well as keeping an active involvement in cricket.

Geoff's role includes competition fixturing, By-Law amendments, tribunals, investigations and the successful WAAFL West Coast Eagles State Amateur Programs.




Natalie Couch, Administration, Finance and Events Manager

Natalie began working at the WAAFL in March 2002 as an administration assistant, processing registrations, clearances and match sheets.

Her current role see's her responsible for managing the WAAFL finances, publications and events, including major functions such as the Hall of Champions and WAAFL Medal Presentation Dinner.





Dylan Mellon, Media and Communications Officer

Dylan joined the WAAFL in May 2008 as an Operations Assistant. He continued with his study towards a Bachelor of Communications while in the role and developed an interest in promoting the WAAFL via website. At the beginning of 2011 he accepted a new role as Media and Communications Officer for the WAAFL.

Dylan's role now see's him responsible for WAAFL media and promotions, communications and the WAAFL website.





Jasmyn Davidson, Operations Coordinator

Jasmyn began working at the WAAFL in March 2009 as an Operations Assistant. After spending two years in the role she accepted the position of Operations Coordinator at the beginning of 2011.

Jasmyn's role is the administration of WAAFL registrations and clearances, team sheets, tribunal as well as providing additional support to the Operations Manager.





Allana Dickie, Operations Assistant
Allana first worked at the WAAFL in June 2010 when she took a part time role providing support to the Operations Team. After leaving the role in September 2010, she accepted a full time position as Operations Assistant in February 2011.

Allana keeps an active involvement in football on the field as a player for Swan Districts in the WA Women's Football League.

Her role see's her responsible for registrations, clearances and team sheets for the WA Women's Football League and Mercantile Football Association, as well as providing operational support for the WAAFL.
