Club Umpire Observers and Match Day Coaches

The WA Football Umpires Association are currently seeking Club Umpire Observers and Match Day Coaches.

Club Umpire Observers/Match Day Coaches will be required to attend matches on a Saturday and provide feedback to Club Umpires on the day and also after the match via a feedback sheet.

The position not only involves attending matches in general but there will also be the need to attend specific matches or coach specific umpires at the discretion of the WAAFL. Although the role(s) are suited to those with an umpiring background it is not essential and successful candidates will receive specific training on both umpiring and umpire coaching techniques”.
